Salary:

Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other modalities, to address clients' mental health concerns.
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families in various settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining licensure and participating in ongoing professional development activities.
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
- Active licensure as LPC in the state.
- With proven 3 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building therapeutic rapport with clients.
