We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Professional Counselor to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide vital counseling and therapy services to individuals, groups, and families.

Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, accurately diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans. Through leading therapy sessions, you will empower patients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives.

Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonus

Key Responsibilities Are:

  • Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
  • Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate
  • Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients
  • Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers
  • Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work

What We Need:

  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Comfortable completing intake assessment
