We are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to adults, children, and families in our community. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best mental health care in the least restrictive environment. We provide a full range of therapeutic, psychopharmacological, clinical research, and counseling services to an outpatient population.
Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
- Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate
- Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients
- Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client
- Perform intake assessments
- Perform individual sessions per week
- Participate in individual supervision
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate
- Must be comfortable using computers
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Comfortable completing intake assessments
Pay and Benefits:
- Employees have the ability to earn $90,000 to $100,000, annually
