Job Opportunity for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for Full Time Position

Seeking for a qualified Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients in our growing private practice. Our ideal candidate believes in the power of mindfulness and solution-focused therapies and is enthusiastic about working with clients dealing with anxiety and depression.

Salary Range:
  • $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
  • Participate in intake and assessment, treatment planning, and psychiatric review of cases.
  • Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions.
  • Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, or related field
  • Active state licensure as LPC
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in professional counseling
  • Experience in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
