Seeking a Counselor who is interested in providing individual therapy and group therapy to mental illness and substance use clients in a private outpatient clinic. $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits

SALARY:
$100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Utilize secure platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients
- Actively participate in conferences and related team-based meetings.
- Analyze information collected to determine diagnosis, treatment plan and/or advisability of counseling or referral to other specialists or institutions.
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities, such as group therapy and recreational activities
- Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching.
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
- Current, valid and unrestricted license as LPC in the state.
- Must have (3) three years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities including, but not limited to time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage own caseload and coordinate all assigned cases
