SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients’ mental health needs
  • Conduct therapy sessions to patients addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
  • Maintain a high standard of care and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
Requirements:
  • Must have 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
  • Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Active or unrestricted license to practice as LPC in the state.
  • A thorough understanding of various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and electronic health records.
