SALARY:
- $90,000 - $100,000 per year and benefits
- Evaluate clients’ mental health needs
- Conduct therapy sessions to patients addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
- Maintain a high standard of care and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
- Must have 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
- Active or unrestricted license to practice as LPC in the state.
- A thorough understanding of various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and electronic health records.
