Hybrid Licensed Professional Counselor – Full-Time Position in Ketchikan, AK

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy services in a hybrid work environment, combining in-person and telehealth options. In this role, you’ll be helping clients from all walks of life tackle a variety of mental health issues, offering them a supportive space to heal and grow.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, offering customized care.
• Create treatment plans based on assessments, and deliver interventions grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Keep thorough, up-to-date client records in line with ethical standards.
• Connect clients with helpful resources to support their journey to wellness.
• Continuously improve your skills through professional development and training.

Salary: $90k - $110k per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Alaska license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
