Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor – Anchorage, Alaska

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing team. This position offers a balance of in-person and virtual work, giving you the flexibility to meet with clients both face-to-face and through telehealth. If you’re someone who thrives on helping individuals, couples, and families overcome mental health challenges, we want to hear from you.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Your Role:

  • Work full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM) providing therapy to a variety of clients.
  • Tailor treatment approaches to individual needs and offer both traditional and virtual therapy options.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and use evidence-based practices to guide clients.
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date records, while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
  • Empower clients by connecting them with additional resources and services when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Alaska license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
