Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor – Palmer, Alaska

We are searching for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team and help guide clients through their mental health journeys. This position allows you to work both in-person and remotely, offering you the flexibility to support clients in a way that best meets their needs.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to the client’s needs.
  • Assess mental health conditions, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
  • Keep client records up to date, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
  • Advocate for clients, connecting them with additional support services and community resources.
  • Participate in continuing education to stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Alaska license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience providing therapy to diverse populations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
