Licensed Professional Counselor – Knoxville, Tennessee

A position is available for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide mental health counseling to individuals and families. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, individual and group therapy, and teamwork with a multidisciplinary staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored, evidence-based therapy to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Offer input on enhancing therapy practices and improving client experiences.
  • Keep thorough and confidential records of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite and EHRs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
