Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – 100% Remote / Telehealth

Location: Afton, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts looking for a flexible, fully remote role where you can focus on what you do best, supporting others?

We’re expanding our remote team and looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who’s passionate about providing meaningful therapy in a virtual environment, while maintaining the freedom and balance that remote work allows.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
  • Complete intake assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
  • Maintain clinical documentation according to state and federal guidelines
  • Attend virtual team meetings, consultations, and supervision (as applicable)
  • Optional: Specialize in your niche areas — trauma, relationships, teens, anxiety, grief, etc.
  • Optional: Provide virtual workshops, groups, or community education

What You Bring

  • Active LMHC license in Massachusetts (Required)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Comfortable and experienced with telehealth or willing to learn quickly
  • Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
  • A private, secure home office space and a reliable internet connection
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and equity in access to care
