Location: Rossiter, Pennsylvania

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

Our outpatient clinic provides therapy and support to individuals, couples, teens, and families in a collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered environment.

We’re more than a workplace, we’re a community of clinicians who value connection over competition, and depth over burnout. We’re currently seeking a passionate, thoughtful Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Provide individual, couples, or group therapy (based on your interests and expertise)
  • Conduct initial intakes and ongoing clinical assessments
  • Develop and implement goal-oriented, strengths-based treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in our streamlined EHR
  • Attend (virtual or in-person) team consultations and clinical check-ins
  • Optional: Facilitate workshops or therapy groups on topics like anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting, or communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Mental Health
  • Active LPC license in Pennsylvania (or license-eligible within 60 days)
  • Experience in outpatient therapy, community mental health, or private practice preferred
  • Skilled in evidence-based and integrative modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.)
  • Passion for relational, inclusive, and culturally responsive care
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a larger clinical team
  • Organized, compassionate, and curious — with a desire to grow personally and professionally

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary or fee-for-service pay with bonus incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible full-time staff)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous PTO, holidays, and mental health days
  • CEU allowance + paid professional development time
  • Paid documentation/admin time
  • Clinical supervision (if needed) and weekly consultation groups
  • Flexible hours (daytime, evening, and/or hybrid remote options)
  • Opportunities for growth into leadership, training, or program development roles
  • A warm, mission-driven team that genuinely supports one another

We’re creating a place where therapy is accessible, meaningful, and sustainable for clients and therapists alike.
