Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP)

Location: Columbia, Tennessee

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a licensed, passionate LPC-MHSP to join our team of clinicians in supporting Tennesseans on their journey toward mental wellness.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider, you will provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse caseload of clients. This role is perfect for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and the power of therapeutic relationships within a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborating with other mental health providers, primary care physicians, and community resources as needed.
  • Participating in case reviews, peer consultation groups, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or closely related field.
  • Active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license (or license eligible within 90 days).
  • Proven experience providing therapy in outpatient or community mental health settings.
  • Proficient in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and diagnosing according to DSM-5 criteria.
  • Comfortable with EHR systems and documentation requirements.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
