About the position:

We are a Tennessee-based outpatient practice offering remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across the state. Our fully virtual model provides flexibility for both clinicians and clients—without compromising the quality of connection or care.

We’re looking for a licensed, grounded, and growth-minded LPC to join our remote team and provide virtual outpatient therapy to a diverse range of clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own space while being backed by a supportive clinical and administrative team.

What We Offer:

  • 100% Remote – Work from anywhere within the state
  • Flexible Schedule – Choose your hours (including evenings/weekends if desired)
  • Competitive Compensation – W2 or 1099 options available
  • Administrative Support – We handle billing, scheduling, and referrals so you can focus on clients
  • Ongoing Training & Supervision – CEU assistance, peer consults, and optional supervision
  • Inclusive & Supportive Culture – A welcoming virtual environment where your voice matters

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and/or couples therapy via secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct intake assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our HIPAA-compliant EHR
  • Participate in virtual case consultations and optional team trainings
  • Collaborate with other providers as needed to ensure continuity of care

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
  • Active LPC license in Tennessee (or license eligible within 90 days)
  • Solid clinical experience with individual or relational therapy
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a remote caseload
  • Reliable internet connection, private workspace, and basic tech proficiency
  • Previous telehealth experience
  • Training in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.)

If you’re an LPC ready to do meaningful work, from the comfort of a space that works for you, we’d love to meet you.
