Location: Chester , Pennsylvania

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Deliver individual, couples, or family counseling via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Complete initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress toward client goals
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care
  • Maintain up-to-date and ethical clinical documentation using our streamlined EHR system
  • Participate in optional peer consultation groups and professional development sessions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania(required)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure (preferred)
  • Strong clinical foundation and an ability to build therapeutic rapport virtually
  • Tech-friendly and self-motivated in a remote work environment
