Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Deliver individual, couples, or family counseling via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Complete initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress toward client goals
- Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care
- Maintain up-to-date and ethical clinical documentation using our streamlined EHR system
- Participate in optional peer consultation groups and professional development sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania(required)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure (preferred)
- Strong clinical foundation and an ability to build therapeutic rapport virtually
- Tech-friendly and self-motivated in a remote work environment
