Join a dynamic, clinician-led mental health organization that puts quality care and clinician well-being at the center. As a remote LPC, you'll enjoy the freedom to build your ideal caseload while being supported by a forward-thinking team and seamless virtual tools.

The Role:

  • Deliver individual, couples, or family counseling via HIPAA-compliant telehealth
  • Complete clinical intakes, treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered, or trauma-informed approaches
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our secure EHR
  • Engage in optional peer consultation, CEUs, and clinical development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active LPC license in Pennsylvania (independent licensure required)
  • Have a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field
  • Bring at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Are confident working independently while staying connected with a team
  • Excel in building rapport, holding space, and empowering clients across diverse backgrounds
  • Are you tech-savvy enough to navigate simple telehealth platforms and digital records

What We Offer:

  • Generous salary based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Paid time off (PTO), including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Continuing education and professional development stipends.
  • Work alongside a team of experienced clinicians in a collaborative, team-based approach to client care.
  • Flexible work schedules to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • A strong focus on providing individualized, high-quality care to clients.

If you’re an empathetic, reliable professional who thrives in an autonomous, remote setting, we encourage you to apply!
