Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Outpatient Mental Health

Location: Florence, Arizona

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the position:

We are currently hiring Arizona-licensed LPCs to provide outpatient therapy services for individuals, couples, and/or families. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, caseload management, and telehealth integration, making it a great fit for clinicians who thrive in both independence and community.

Whether you're looking to specialize or work with a broad range of clients, our diverse client base and collaborative environment will support your professional goals.

Your Role as an LMHC:

  • Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy services
  • Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete ongoing clinical documentation
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions (based on your strengths and preferences)
  • Collaborate with our clinical team and external providers as needed to coordinate client care
  • Participate in clinical consultations, trainings, and professional development opportunities

What You Bring:

  • Active LPC license in Arizona (no associate-level licenses, must be fully licensed)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Clinical experience in an outpatient, community, or private practice setting
  • Strong commitment to ethical and client-centered care
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and EMR systems (training provided)
