About the position:

We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants to do meaningful work in a setting that supports professional growth, personal well-being, and authentic collaboration. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a rising star in the field, if you bring your heart and skills, we’ll provide the support, structure, and scenery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, and more
  • Develop client-centered treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, peer support, and psychiatric providers
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency stan
  • Deliver services both in-person and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth, depending on client need
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and case reviews

What You Bring:

  • Active LPC license in Wyoming (or eligibility—we offer licensing support)
  • A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or private practice setting preferred
  • Comfort with (or willingness to learn) telehealth platforms and EHR systems
  • A deep desire to serve clients with dignity, empathy, and clinical excellence

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload (W-2 salary or 1099 contractor model)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (for W-2 employees)
  • Generous PTO, holidays, and sick time
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Flexible scheduling and hybrid work options
  • Paid supervision for provisional licenses (t-LMHCs welcome to apply!)
  • CEU reimbursement, licensure support, and clinical training
  • A team-first culture rooted in integrity, empathy, and professional growth

If you're looking for more than just a job—if you're ready to be part of a movement toward whole-person, community-based mental health care—we want to hear from you.
