Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Outpatient Behavioral Health | Wyoming
Location: Lusk, Wyoming
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the position:
We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants to do meaningful work in a setting that supports professional growth, personal well-being, and authentic collaboration. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a rising star in the field, if you bring your heart and skills, we’ll provide the support, structure, and scenery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, and more
- Develop client-centered treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, peer support, and psychiatric providers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency stan
- Deliver services both in-person and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth, depending on client need
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and case reviews
What You Bring:
- Active LPC license in Wyoming (or eligibility—we offer licensing support)
- A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Passion for mental health and commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or private practice setting preferred
- Comfort with (or willingness to learn) telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- A deep desire to serve clients with dignity, empathy, and clinical excellence
