Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Outpatient Mental Health Services
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
About the Role
Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona who’s passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families reclaim their lives? Are you looking for an outpatient position where your clinical voice is respected, your caseload is full, and your work-life balance matters?
As an LPC in our outpatient program, you’ll provide compassionate, client-centered therapy using evidence-based approaches. We tailor caseloads to your areas of interest and clinical strengths so that your work is both meaningful and sustainable.
Your Role:
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on client needs
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our secure EHR system
- Participate in optional peer consultations, trainings, and team collaboration
- Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care in a diverse outpatient setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Arizona-licensed LPC (or LAC under supervision—we can provide a supervisor)
- Experience working with adults, teens, couples, or families in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical skills in CBT, EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
- A desire to work in a collaborative, supportive, and ethically grounded environment
