About the Role

Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona who’s passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families reclaim their lives? Are you looking for an outpatient position where your clinical voice is respected, your caseload is full, and your work-life balance matters?

As an LPC in our outpatient program, you’ll provide compassionate, client-centered therapy using evidence-based approaches. We tailor caseloads to your areas of interest and clinical strengths so that your work is both meaningful and sustainable.

Your Role:

  • Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our secure EHR system
  • Participate in optional peer consultations, trainings, and team collaboration
  • Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care in a diverse outpatient setting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Arizona-licensed LPC (or LAC under supervision—we can provide a supervisor)
  • Experience working with adults, teens, couples, or families in a clinical setting
  • Strong clinical skills in CBT, EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
  • A desire to work in a collaborative, supportive, and ethically grounded environment

What You’ll Receive:

  • True Flexibility – Choose your hours and caseload to match your life.
  • Full Administrative Support – We handle scheduling, billing, credentialing, and client matching.
  • Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, PTO (for eligible full-time staff).
  • Professional Development – CEU reimbursement, clinical trainings, and peer consultations.
  • Supportive Culture – Be part of a connected, respectful, and therapist-led team.
  • Workplace That Values Wellness – Clinician-first culture that prioritizes mental health and personal growth
