Position: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Skowhegan, Maine
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

As an LPC in our outpatient team, you’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing outpatient therapy for individuals (and optionally, couples or families)
- Conducting intake assessments and developing collaborative treatment plans
- Maintaining timely clinical documentation using our streamlined EMR system
- Participating in team consultations and clinical training (if desired)
- Optionally contributing to community partnerships or program development
What You Bring:
- Active LPC licensure in the state of Maine (or ability to obtain it)
- Solid clinical foundation in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy
- Passion for helping diverse clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and grow
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and person-centered care
- Comfort with telehealth platforms (we’ll train you if needed)
