Location: Presque Isle , Maine

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the position:

Our clinician-led outpatient practice in Maine is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is ready to deepen their impact without sacrificing their values—or their well-being. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced therapist looking for a more supportive clinical home, this is your chance to join a team that believes in integrity, autonomy, and relationships that heal.

As an LPC in our outpatient team, you’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing outpatient therapy for individuals (and optionally, couples or families)
  • Conducting intake assessments and developing collaborative treatment plans
  • Maintaining timely clinical documentation using our streamlined EMR system
  • Participating in team consultations and clinical training (if desired)
  • Optionally contributing to community partnerships or program development

What You Bring:

  • Active LPC licensure in the state of Maine (or ability to obtain it)
  • Solid clinical foundation in trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy
  • Passion for helping diverse clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and grow
  • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and person-centered care
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms (we’ll train you if needed)

What We Offer:

  • Highly competitive salary or fee-for-service structure
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • CEU stipend and paid training opportunities
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • Supervision (if needed) and strong peer support
  • Relocation support for out-of-state applicants

This is more than a job. It’s a place to grow, to heal, and to belong—while doing work that matters.
