Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, self-motivated, and committed to ethical clinical practice. You will work with a diverse caseload, delivering therapy in a hybrid (in-office and telehealth) model, with autonomy over your schedule and strong administrative support.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

  • Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy
  • Provide counseling services for individuals, couples, or families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation using our EHR system
  • Collaborate with colleagues, medical professionals, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Ensure ethical, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based treatment at all times

We’re looking for a dedicated LMHC who:

  • Current and valid LPC license in the state of New Jersey
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
  • Experience with EHR platforms and telehealth delivery is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities are a strong asset but not required
