Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

As an LPC, you will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of life challenges. You’ll use proven therapeutic modalities to foster growth, resilience, and positive change.

Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LPC license in Georgia
• Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with diverse populations
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused)
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through case consultations and staff meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate referrals to community resources
• Adhere to Georgia state licensure requirements and ethical standards
