Now Hiring: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Pennsylvania
Location: Chester, Pennsylvania
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships in a collaborative clinical environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Provide individual, couples, or family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in team meetings or peer consultations
- Offer support, referrals, and crisis intervention as needed
Qualifications:
- Active LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
- Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (preferred)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
