Now Hiring: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Wyoming

Location: Newcastle, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for mental health, wellness, and serving diverse populations? We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate LPC to join our growing behavioral health team in Wyoming. Help us deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy that makes a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and intake evaluations
  • Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with clients
  • Provide individual, couples, group, or family therapy sessions based on client needs
  • Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation using EHR systems
  • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external providers for coordinated care
  • Participate in peer consultations, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LPC license in the State of Wyoming
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field
  • Strong clinical judgment and familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
  • Experience in individual, family, or group therapy settings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ethical and professional standards
