Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Mental Health Service Provider (MHSP) to deliver evidence-based counseling services. This position offers flexible work arrangements—whether you prefer onsite, remote, or a hybrid model—to best fit your professional and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to diverse client populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care
• Participate in clinical supervision, trainings, and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active LPC or MHSP license in Tennessee
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Strong clinical skills with experience in mental health counseling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms (if applicable)
