Responsibilities
Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate
Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients
Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client
Perform intake assessments
Perform individual sessions per week
Participate in individual supervision
Collaborate with other healthcare providers
Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work

Requirements:
Master’s degree in mental health counseling
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate
Must be comfortable using computers (excel spreadsheet, RMS systems, outlook, pimsy)
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Comfortable completing intake assessments
