Hiring Full time/ Part time for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) role at Thrive Mental and Counseling Center in Saint Paul, MN

We are giving a Sign-on bonus for the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) role

Work Schedule:

Your Schedule will be;

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday: 8 Hours/day
  • Part-time: Monday to Saturday: make hours based on team needs and your personal schedule
  • No Weekends

Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.
  • Deliver therapeutic therapies that are supported by evidence to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
  • Utilize several, individually-tailored therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Keep accurate and current clinical records while abiding by the law and morality.
  • Participate in workshops and professional development to stay current on developments in mental health research.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state
  • Experience in counseling for at least two years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
  • strong understanding of legal and ethical standards.
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, establishing rapport with a variety of clientele.
  • ability to cooperate with a healthcare team has been demonstrated.
  • proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.

Salary:

$70,000-100,000 per year + Bonus
