Full-time and Part-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Wanted in Sacramento, CA

Salary:

$90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, and conduct thorough examinations and evaluations.
  • Deliver therapeutic therapies that are supported by evidence to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
  • Utilize several, individually-tailored therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Keep accurate and current clinical records while abiding by the law and morality.
  • Participate in workshops and professional development to stay current on developments in mental health research.

Qualifications:

  • Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
  • Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state
  • Experience in counseling for at least two years, preferably in a clinical context, is required.
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
