Pay:

$115,000 - $130,000 for full-time and $65,000 for part-time annually

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients to ascertain the specifics of their mental health issues
  • Offer focused counseling intended to assist the person in resolving their issues.
  • Keep up with the most recent counseling techniques to give patients the finest service possible.
  • When required, refer patients to additional mental health practitioners.
  • Stay friendly and involved during the whole course of each patient's counseling session.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling or a related field
  • All state-mandated licenses required for practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capacity to get people to confide in you
  • Ability to provide treatment that is tailored to each patient's specific demands
  • Ability to maintain clinical records and prepare related reports.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and make independent decisions based on professional knowledge.
