Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Our dedicated team of therapists is committed to providing exceptional emotional and behavioral health services for children, teens, adults, and couples. We specialize in offering positive and practical assistance to individuals grappling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and divorce, along with other emotional and relationship issues.
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal and substance abuse history.
- Offer crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and interviews, including in challenging physical environments.
- Collaborate with medical and support staff to comprehensively diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders.
- Write clinical reports, develop treatment plans, and consult on complex cases.
- Makes recommendations to the care teams, effectively communicates, and collaborates with the patient and all disciplines involved in the care of the patients.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science
- Twelve (12) continuous months of LPCC experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution.
- Experience in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Proficient in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
