Looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our medical clinic team. As an LPCC, you will play a vital role in providing holistic and patient-centered care by addressing the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of our patients' health. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend treatment plans, conduct essential treatment services such as psychoeducational and transitional groups, and provide suicide prevention interventions and management techniques.
  • Provide crisis intervention, oversee the clinical needs of patients on caseload, and participate in treatment team multidisciplinary meetings and administrative meetings.
  • Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
  • Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC)
  • Active license issued by the State of California (LPCC)
  • 2 years verifiable experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
