Looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) | Telehealth

Job Description:
Currently seeking Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning. This is an exciting opportunity for therapists who want to be part of a thriving start-up with the opportunity for growth and extra income. This is a remote position.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions to adults with a wide range of emotional disorders
  • Ask questions that will help clients identify their feelings and behaviors.
  • Draw on automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitored and adjust treatment plans
  • See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling (LPCC)
  • Active license issued by the State of California (LPCC)
  • Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced-based interventions to individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
