Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our medical clinic team. This role is vital in providing holistic, patient-centered care, focusing on the psychological, emotional, and social aspects of patient health. You will collaborate closely with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a supportive, collaborative healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and recommend treatment plans, conduct psychoeducational and transitional groups, and provide suicide prevention interventions and management techniques.
  • Offer crisis intervention, manage the clinical needs of your caseload, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment and administrative meetings.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with clinical and state requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized care to address individual patient concerns.

What We Need:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, with an LPCC
  • Active LPCC license issued by the State of California.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
