Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Know about mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
  • Be skilled with technology, such as telehealth software and video tools.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments.
  • Provide weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions to adults with various emotional issues.
  • Ask questions to help clients explore their feelings and behaviors.
  • Conduct patient care via telemedicine using our technology platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, with an LPCC
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Experience Required:

  • At least 2-3 years of recent experience using cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches to support adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Skills Needed:

  • Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
