What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Offer individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals—including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists—to ensure well-rounded care for clients.
  • Document progress, treatment plans, and client information in line with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in clinical supervision, ongoing training, and professional development to continually enhance your skills.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.

What We Need:

  • A Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC) or a related field.
  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • Experience practicing independently without supervision.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced-based interventions to individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
  • Experience practicing independently without supervision.
