Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Job Position: Full-Time, Remote

Salary Range:$120,000 to $130,000

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning.

What You’ll Do:

• Know about mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
• Be skilled with technology, such as telehealth software and video tools.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions to adults with various emotional issues.
• Ask questions to help clients explore their feelings and behaviors.
• Conduct patient care via telemedicine using our technology platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, with an LPCC
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Experience Required:

• At least 2-3 years of recent experience using cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches to support adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Skills Needed:

• Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
