Job Description:

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join group based out of California. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional mental health care through virtual channels. This position offers the flexibility to work from any location in California, providing counseling services to clients remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals seeking mental health support.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, responsive care for clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active California state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical counseling experience required.
  • Experience in providing virtual counseling services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual counseling platforms.
