Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Therapist (LPCC) Needed
SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
We are hiring clinicians who utilizes clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessment and develop/ implement a plan of care/treatment plan that provides extraordinary care for the patient while being sensitive to costs and resources. This position works collaboratively with patients, patients' family/significant other, healthcare providers, insurers, community resources, and other involved parties to identify patients' needs, broker services, coordinate care and transition plans, and advocate for patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
We are hiring clinicians who utilizes clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessment and develop/ implement a plan of care/treatment plan that provides extraordinary care for the patient while being sensitive to costs and resources. This position works collaboratively with patients, patients' family/significant other, healthcare providers, insurers, community resources, and other involved parties to identify patients' needs, broker services, coordinate care and transition plans, and advocate for patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assesses the patient's medical history, mental health history, and current presentation to understand the patient's needs from treatment.
- Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility.
- Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs
- Conducts psychosocial assessments
- Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary.
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve
- Must have 2 years of experience.
- Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current State Licensure as a LPCC.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Computer Skills, i.e., email, word processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
