Looking for a full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for a job opportunity.

Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). As a counselor, you will provide individual and group counseling to patients, conduct patient assessments, and develop treatment plans. You will work with a diverse population, including children and individuals, providing clinical counseling and patient care. Strong knowledge of medical documentation, applied behavior analysis, coding is required.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities Are:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with patients
  • Perform patient assessments to determine their mental health needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
  • Provide clinical counseling and support to patients with various mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Master's degree in counseling or any related field
  • Must hold a valid and active license as an LPCC
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in therapy required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals
  • Strong knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and interventions
  • Proficient in medical documentation and coding procedures
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
