We are looking for full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team and provide wide range of individuals and their families with an exceptional healthcare experience that is personal, data driven and value based to help every person live their healthiest life. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts virtual evaluations and assessments
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, provides counseling and/or psychotherapy
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Develop a joint plan and recommend strategies utilizing evidence-based practices and following the Natural Learning Environment Practices.
- Provide families with information, skills, and support related to enhancing their child's development.
- Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or related field.
- Must hold a valid license as LPCC in the state.
- Must have 3 years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy, and other solution-focused approaches
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Strong communication skills are needed to interact with patients, patient's family members, consultants, residents, hospital personnel, community agencies, and other resources.
