Full Time Position Needed as Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

We are a well-established private practice seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our telehealth team and provide mental health services to our diverse patient population. If you excel in group dynamics, collaborate well within a team, and are trained in third-wave therapies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for helping individuals overcome challenges. SALARY:
$120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide virtual professional psychotherapy sessions to diverse clients
  • Implement treatment plans and interventions under the guidance of licensed professionals
  • Conducts evaluations and assessments
  • Monitor and manage behaviors using behavior management strategies
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, provides counseling and/or psychotherapy
  • Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
  • Provide families with information, skills, and support related to enhancing their child's development.
  • Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, or related field.
  • Must hold a valid license as LPCC in the state.
  • Must have 3 years of experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
  • Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
  • Strong communication skills are needed to interact with patients, patient's family members, consultants, residents, hospital personnel, community agencies, and other resources.
