Salary:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
  • Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress
  • Provide individual counseling sessions focused on adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when needed
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Must hold a valid license to provide counseling in the state as LPCC.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in providing counseling services.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
