We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, utilizing various therapeutic modalities. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to patients and supporting them in adopting holistic approaches to wellness.
SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Offer crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the field
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients in need of behavioral management
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, or related field.
- Active licensure as LPCC is required
- Must have 3 years of experience in care coordination or mental health assessment
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
- Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
