Full-time Positions Available for Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

We are seeking a passionate and licensed LPCC to join our team. In this remote role, you will provide therapy to individuals facing various mental health challenges, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth. Through telehealth services we can reach those in need, when and where they need it. As a community-based start-up, our goal is to make quality mental health services accessible for all.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary:

  • $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 a year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based techniques.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.
  • Current and active state licensure as (LPCC) in California.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
  • Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
