Full-time Remote Position for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Needed

We are tech-enabled healthcare company. We provide quality mental health care, backed by science, and delivered with humanity. Using an evidenced-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) counseling approach, our patients complete live video sessions with their therapist as well as self-guided video lessons outside of session.

SALARY
  • $120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions to individual adults
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow therapists
  • Draw on automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable therapist portal that includes digital tools for streamlined documentation
  • Receive support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team when needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program
  • Active licensure as LPCC in the state of California.
  • Preferably 3 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
  • Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adolescent population
  • Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
