Full-time Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Wanted for an Outpatient Practice.
We looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in the outpatient practice. Our behavioral healthcare services are designed to help with a variety of psychiatric conditions and co-occurring disorders. Our multi-modality approach consists of individualized treatment planning that addresses patient’s needs and sets realistic therapeutic goals so that each individual who receives care achieves recovery and rehabilitation.

We looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in the outpatient practice. Our behavioral healthcare services are designed to help with a variety of psychiatric conditions and co-occurring disorders. Our multi-modality approach consists of individualized treatment planning that addresses patient’s needs and sets realistic therapeutic goals so that each individual who receives care achieves recovery and rehabilitation.
SALARY:
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Conduct virtual meeting with clients, analyze their mental health status, and develop a course of therapy to address their issues
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Documents all client interactions, including all sessions with clients, families, significant others, etc., within established time frames
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure as LPCC.
- Must have 2 years of work experience in mental health services or in telehealth.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
