Full Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Needed for an Outpatient Clinic

We are currently looking for a full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for our growing clinical team. Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical case coordination and counseling to assigned clients
  • Work as part of a clinical care team to provide integrated healthcare
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Assist clients with discharge planning and conducts care coordination. Works closely with various providers in the region or system to facilitate access to services.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active North Dakota state licensure as an LMFT.
  • With proven 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building therapeutic rapport with clients.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive, client-centered care.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
